When I Apply

Can I register online?

Yes, online registration is required for this program.

Is there an application deadline?

Yes, each Recording Submission Deadline has an Application Deadline. These dates are outlined on the home page.

Can I register more than one ensemble?

Yes, up to 3 ensembles can be submitted per reservation.

Financial Detail

When is the payment due?

Final payment of $350 per ensemble is due with your recording submission. See the dates outlined on your application or the home page.

How can I pay my invoice?

Payments can be made by mail via Check or Money Order. Online payments can be submitted with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. Please note: We do not accept Purchase Orders for payment and all payments must be made in US Currency.

After registration, will my information be available in Festivals Edge?

Yes, upon receipt of your registration your account will be fully accessible in to your Festivals Edge account.

Can I make my final payment through my Festivals Edge Account?

Yes, simply log in to your Festivals Edge account, open your reservation and click on the Pay by Credit Card option located under Amount Due. You can also print an invoice from this page.

What does the Online Festival participation include?

Each ensemble registered, receives the following:

  • 2 evaluated selections for each ensemble (more for Renaissance Choir if desired)
  • Comments and Rating from 2 adjudicators for each performance
  • Plaque with rating earned, Letter to your Principal with rating earned
  • Recorded comments in your Festivals Edge account.

What classifications are available?

The following ensemble options are available:

  • Concert Band
  • Jazz Ensemble
  • Full Orchestra
  • String Orchestra
  • Guitar Ensemble
  • Jazz Choir
  • Men's Choir
  • Mixed Choir
  • Renaissance Choir
  • Treble Choir
  • Women's Choir

What performance requirements are there?

All ensembles should submit 2 adjudicated selections totaling no more than 20 minutes of total performance time. Please do not include any warm-up selections in your recording. Renaissance Choirs may perform as  many selections as desired in the time limit.

Is this a competitive festival?

No, all performances are for Rating Only and your plaque will reflect the rating earned.

How many adjudicators will evaluate our performance?

Two experienced adjudicators from arround the country will provide feedback and a rating.

How do I submit my performance recordings?

Each ensemble must submit recording via a Dropbox link that will be sent to you approximately 1 week prior to the submission deadline. Legally purchased digital scores can also be uploaded via this link. If you choose to submit physical scores they should arrive in our office at least 7 days perior to the submission deadline. Recordings, scores and payment must be received by EPN Online Festivals by the due date.

When and how will I receive my Adjudication Results?

Based upon your Recording Submission date, your results will be available in Festivals Edge on or before your corresponding results date.  Audio files and score sheets will be available for download one the evaluation has been completed, and an email notification will be sent. Awards Plaques, congratulatory letters and Conductor's scores will follow.
